The Yoga Source of San Rafael, located in the newly restored West End
Village. We offer a variety of classes in Yoga disciplines including
Iyengar, Ashtanga, Kripalu Hatha, Kundalini, Anusara and Hatha Flow. We
also offer Prenantal Yoga, Feldenkrais, and private sessions in a
peaceful environment
with beautiful music. You will love our experienced, dynamic, gentle
and compassionate teachers. Come to relax your mind, calm your nervous
system and nourish your soul. Gain flexibility and strength while
experiencing a greater sense of inner and outer well-being.
